Return Policy

S3&Co Hair collection takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy with a restocking fee of $25 per bundle within 3 days of purchase on most virgin hair products (excluding Closures, Frontals, Wigs, and some Special Discounted items and Custom Orders). All products are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility, and double-checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, you may take advantage of an Exchange with no restocking fee or a full return Excluding the restocking fee of $25 per bundle, this fee does not include applicable shipping costs.

 

Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We also recommend you consult your hair stylist for a second opinion. If the hair has any signs of tamper you will void all Returns& or exchanges. You must email us your return request within 3 days of receipt of merchandise; contact the returns department by emailing thes3andco@gmail.com. Our return policy for an exchange must meet the criteria below: Requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. We only accept returns on hair products that have not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way, unless you are returning the hair on grounds defectiveness which is very unlikely. *All defective claims will be thoroughly inspected and must reflect the claims made by the customer before a refund can be processed Please note: Federal law states we cannot resell human hair products that have been in contact with the bare scalp.

 

We adhere to strict policies in regards to the federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. It is for this reason that we can only accept defective hair that has not been installed. Merchandise must be physically received within 5 days of the initial refund/exchange request in order for a return can be granted. Please allow 72 hours after received for return to be processed. Upon approval of return we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Please write your invoice number on the outside of the packaging. Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Shipping ***ALL ORDERS OVER $100 REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY*** We ship orders Monday through Saturday (except for holidays). Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed using Sezzle/AfterPay/klarna or any third-party payment method as a payment method may require additional processing. Customers will receive a shipping notification once the shipping label has been created and start to receive tracking updates once the package has been picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind any detection of fraud your order will be cancelled.

 

All Billing addresses and shipping addresses must match or your order will be cancelled. Please feel free to email us at thes3andco@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have. Note: The "shipping time" shown at checkout only refers to the transit time once the carrier accepts the package. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS While we offer the option of international shipping, because we do not have international distribution in place yet, we cannot cover any duties or import fees that may be imposed on your package by your local government.

 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being DELIVERED.
